The Farmers Market Dessert Cookbook project gave me the opportunity to visit various Farms and Farmer’s Markets around the country. Spending time with the farmers and learning about agriculture was priceless.

This project let me focus on being a documentary photographer. Waiting and watching for the right light or capture the perfect moment was my main focus. It was definitely a challenge, since I’m usually in the photo studio.
