Had the opportunity to work with Peter Reinhart, who is one of the most respected baking educators in America.

Below are images we shot for Peter’s latest book “Artisan Breads Every Day”.

We photographed and learned about an assortment of different baked goods. The quest for tasting the best gourmet pizza’s in the Bay Area was the highlight of the photo shoot.

Simple natural north light was used for lighting. The large natural light wrapped nice soft highlights on all the baked goods, that brought out their texture.
